Oracle Introduces Claw-Powered Fusion Agentic Applications for Customer Experience
Oracle says the new applications use governed automation and no-code tools to help teams execute complex supply chain and customer experience work.
On Monday, Oct. 26, 2026, Oracle announced new Fusion Claw-powered agentic applications designed to automate complex work for supply chain and customer experience teams within established governance controls.
Oracle Fusion Claw serves as a governed agentic execution runtime enabling applications to reason, compute, adapt, and execute specialist-grade work including continuous replanning and deterministic execution within organizational policies.
Within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing, new applications include Supply Planning Allocation and Shipment Load Planning, which evaluate production lines and transportation costs while preparing plans for team review and approval.
For customer experience, "Business leaders need to turn growth strategies into opportunities and deliver on customer commitments, but connecting customer demand with enterprise capacity in time to act remains a challenge," said Kartik Raghavan, senior vice president, Applications Development, Oracle.
Organizations can create and manage these agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, which provides no-code and pro-code capabilities with built-in observability and safety controls to monitor activity and ensure measurable value.
