CDMX.- Opposition senators warned that the bill to amend the Amparo Act sent by President Claudia Sheinbaum to the Senate represents a step backwards in rights and an attempt to limit citizens' access to justice.The proposal amends the Amparo Act, regulates articles 103 and 107 of the Constitution, in addition to the Federal Fiscal Code and the Organic Law of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.
