Opponents of Oregon gas tax increase say they’ve cleared key hurdle to let voters weigh in

Opponents gathered over 150,000 signatures to refer a bill raising gas tax by 6 cents and other fees to voters, surpassing the 78,116 needed for the ballot, organizers said.
