WAITSBURG – Waitsburg’s new synthetic ice rink will open to the public on Saturday, Dec. 6, during the Hometown Christmas celebration. A ribbon cutting will happen at noon, and the rink, located at 128 E. First St., will stay open until 7 p.m. The entire ice-skating experience, including the skates, is free.
