A cargo truck crashed into a roadblock early on Friday morning, leaving debris scattered on the road in Arcadia. The accident was reported on Highway 210 eastwards, in the San Gabriel Valley, around 2:30 a.m. The dump truck collided with another vehicle near the exit of Baldwin Avenue, crossed the wall and ended up on Colorado Boulevard.
