Threats and taunts exchanged in an Instagram group chat between rival groups led to the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy at a York city park last month, police said in court documents. The victim was associated with a “Southside” group while two suspects charged in the killing were associated with a “Parkway” group, according to those documents.
