The only Russia has offered the position of Vice-President of the current Vice-Premier of the State Duma, Vitaly Savelev, as announced by the President of the Dmitry Medvedev Power Party.
Vice-Premier Vitaly Savelev was proposed for the post of Deputy Chairman of the State Duma from the "One Russia" faction, as announced by the chairman of the party, Dmitry Medvedev, at a joint meeting of the Bureau of the High Council and the Bureau of the ER Gender Council.
The "Universal Russia" faction in State Duma IX will consist of 349 deputies, reported by the chairman of the party, Dmitri Medvedev, 25 more than in the previous one. The party also presented candidates for leadership positions in the lower house, including the Speaker, his deputies, the leadership of the faction, the chairs of committees and commissions.
