CARRINGTON, N.D. (KVRR) — A Carrington man is dead after a crash in Foster County. North Dakota Highway Patrol says it happened on Highway 200 about six miles east of Carrington Monday around 4:30 p.m. Authorities say a semi was headed east when a truck was going south on 74th Avenue Northeast.
