Diablo 4 Leak Reveals Nintendo Switch 2 Release Date, Price and Code-in-a-Box Physical Release

- According to a leak from Dealabs, Blizzard Entertainment Diablo 4 will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 in mid-September, arriving more than three years after its initial release on PlayStation and Xbox.
- Retailers indicate the port will arrive on either September 15 or September 18, priced at $69.99; a physical edition will contain only a digital download code in an otherwise empty box.
- It remains unclear if the Lord of Hatred DLC will be included in the Switch port, though IGN previously awarded the base game a 9/10 score, calling it "a stunning sequel with near perfect endgame and progression design."
- Blizzard has not yet formally announced the port, though an update could arrive later this month at the annual Gamescom extravaganza in Cologne, Germany.
- Despite being three years old, the title maintains a dedicated playerbase and is currently available on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles.
