A small propane tank explosion caused burns to a homeless person’s legs outside The Bridge Integrated Care Hub in Belleville early Sunday morning. The tank exploded near one of several tents pitched to the rear of the Hub building shortly after 6 a.m. The injured person was treated by Hastings-Quinte Paramedic Services.
