(WBTW) -- One person was hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer along Kings Highway in the Surfside Beach area, Horry County Fire Rescue said. One Injured In Four-Vehicle Pile-Up

A multi-vehicle crash in Horry County left one person injured. The accident occurred Tuesday afternoon in the area of River Oaks and White River Drive. The pile-up involved four vehicles including one that overturned. One person was transported to a hospital while seven others signed medical transport waivers. Lanes of traffic were blocked off as crews worked the scene. The S.C. Highway Patrol is investigating.
