One dead, three injured after Dublin bus crash
A Bus Éireann double-decker bus not in service struck pedestrians on a busy pedestrian street, killing one man and injuring three others, authorities said.

- Traveling on Talbot Street around 12.30pm, the Bus Éireann double-decker appeared to career across into the pedestrianised North Earl Street near the Marlborough Street junction.
- Over 20 firefighter/paramedics responded on four engines, two emergency tenders and an advanced paramedic response car, with multiple ambulances and district officers attending.
- Luas Green Line services are suspended between Parnell and St Stephen's Green, and Talbot and Marlborough streets are closed with diversions, after the Dublin bus crash, the Lord Mayor said.
- A garda cordon and tent have been established around the crash site as the scene is secured and treated as a road crash while ongoing investigations continue, with Bus Éireann offering full support to authorities.
