Belgium rises again to 2nd place in European LGBTI+ rights ranking: "Elsewhere in Europe, rights are crumbling"
Belgium is in second place this year in the annual European Rainbow Index. This index looks at the rights of gays, lesbians, transgenders and intersex people (LGBTI) in these countries. Belgium has risen compared to last year, but other countries, such as the United Kingdom, have a much lower score.
