Jim Tressel to Be Enshrined in Ohio Stadium Ring of Honor

- Tressel led the Buckeyes from 2001 to 2010, compiling a 106-23 record with six Big Ten titles and the 2002 national championship.
- Joining Paul Brown and Woody Hayes as the only other coaches honored, Tressel said, "To be recognized alongside these men is truly humbling."
- While his tenure ended following the 2011 'Tattoo Gate' scandal, Ohio State athletic director Ross Bjork praised his lasting impact, saying his leadership "set him apart" in university history.
- Currently serving as Ohio's Lieutenant Governor, Tressel continues mentoring youth through the Team Tressel Fitness Challenge, promoting physical and emotional development in children statewide.
