Ohio State Highway Patrol releases video leading up to deadly highway shooting

(WKBN) - We now have police video showing an Ohio trooper's initial encounter with a Michigan man, who investigators say stole a cruiser, crashed it, and was shot by troopers in Pennsylvania. Video from the Ohio State Highway Patrol shows the trooper encountering the man, identified as Deshawn Leeth, on the side of the turnpike after Leeth crashed near the state line.
