LOCK HAVEN — An Ohio man is jailed in Clinton County, accused of leading state police on a 59-mile chase in a stolen vehicle on Interstate 80 through several counties at speeds in excess of 125 mph.Arye Hasson Worwell, 36, of Richmond Heights, Ohio, is accused of hitting two vehicles and driving recklessly through construction zones on Sunday while fleeing from police in eastern Clinton County.
