- The proposed legislation aims to remove linguistic barriers through the Language Access to Gun Violence Prevention Strategies Act. It would also provide $50 million in grants through the FLAG Act to assist community organizations in helping people navigate the legal system to temporarily disarm individuals displaying signs of violence.
