High vacancy rates have driven building owners to repurpose space, which should help the U.S. office market’s recovery. But high costs and incompatible structural designs remain challenges, CBRE says.
This year, the following office buildings will probably disappear from the map of the capital: Ilmet, PZU Tower and Pekao Tower, which - according to the presented scenarios - are to be demolished so that new, sustainable and taller office buildings can be built in their place.
