Residents of Eynsham near Witney have reported 'highly offensive' graffiti on several roads as police appeal for information on the offenders.

Four fined for car park graffiti

Four adults were issued with fixed penalty notice fines for graffiti in a Wokingham car park. The incident at the Carnival car park saw the offenders, all aged over-18, also issued with behaviour orders that prevent them from entering the car park unless in a vehicle.
