WAYNE -- Grandparents who are raising a grandchild through kinship care, fostering or adoption are invited to a free, informative workshop addressing relevant issues and resources. In partnership with Aetna, the WVU Wayne County Extension is presenting the workshop on Friday, Oct. 23 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the extension office, located at 27572 East Lynn Road, Wayne.
