Wilbur C. “Buddy” Linzy Mr. Wilbur C. “Buddy” Linzy, a life long resident of Andalusia, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Buddy served in the U. S.  Air Force and retired from the U. S. Postal Service in 1996.  He was then elected to the Andalusia City Council and served one term.
