RTL info On Monday, the European Climate Change Service, Copernicus, announced that Western Europe had just experienced the warmest June-July period ever recorded. François Gemenne, an expert in climate geopolitics and a member of the IPCC, was Luc Gilson's guest in the RTL info 7pm.
