As every August 11, Argentina celebrates the Day of Nutritionist in homage to the birth of doctor Pedro Escudero, founder of the National Institute of Nutrition and the National School of Dietists, who defined the laws of nutrition in our country and in Latin America. At the National University of La Matanza (UNLaM), the Bachelor of Nutrition, a career included in article 43 of the Law of Higher Education No. 24.
