Masked police officers, heavily armed officers: it is a high-security process that starts in the Rostock Regional Court. In the centre a couple who are said to have smuggled a quarter of a ton of cocaine. According to the authorities, they are "highly endangered".
At the level of the Azores, they were stopped: in Rostock, a drug trial against a 59-year-old and her 67-year-old husband began – under strict security measures: the defendants are considered to be "highly endangered".
Numerous smuggled goods were seized in Diyarbakır, and legal action was taken against 48 suspects.
The group smuggled almost 900 kilos of cocaine across Europe. Now it is clear that the penalties of the Wuppertal Regional Court are in place.
