NTT Data, a Tokyo-headquartered IT consulting firm, has agreed to acquire WinWire, a Santa Clara, CA-headquartered Microsoft consulting firm. Founded in 2007 by Ashu Goel and Vineet Arora, WinWire is a six-time Microsoft partner of the year award winner and finalist.
