N.S. says 20K people can be helped by 'health homes'

HALIFAX AREA, NOVA SCOTIA, JUL 7 – Three new health homes in Halifax will serve over 20,000 patients without family doctors, aiming to reduce the 91,423 people on the Need a Family Practice Registry, officials said.
