Now we can say it: ICE raid in Cato exceeded scope of federal warrant (Editorial Board Opinion)

In late November, the editorial board called on federal magistrate to unseal an administrative warrant obtained by immigration authorities to search a nutrition bar factory in Cato for evidence it was employing undocumented workers. The agents detained more than 100 workers in a September raid and took 57 of them into custody. We wanted to know if the warrant gave them permission to do so.
