Notre Dame softball powers past Bangor with 3 home runs

The Notre Dame-Green Pond High School softball team saw its lead evaporate on Monday afternoon when Bangor scored five runs in the third inning to tie the game. Junior third baseman Natalie Lilly made sure the Crusaders’ experience without the lead was short-lived, blasting a three-run homer over the left-field wall in the top of the fourth inning.
