Over the last few weeks, the Arts Council and volunteers have been working on a new community art project – one that will make its debut in a dramatic way (dramatic for Minnesota), which is to say, joining the WesternFest parade this week. Per President Tamara, who again contributed heavily to this column, after its unveiling, it’ll “be installed at various locations around town for everyone to enjoy throughout the summer.”
