Puebla, Pue., Campesinos de Tlaxcala, Hidalgo and the state of Mexico have blocked for more than 36 hours both sides of the Arco Norte pounding, at the height of the Calpulalpan booth, road stretch that is collapsed by cargo vehicles despite the intermittent circulation. The closure also affects the San Martín Texmelucan booth, on the Mexico-Puebla highway.
