North Cowichan ratifies new three-year agreement with paid on-call firefighters

The Municipality of North Cowichan and the Union representing municipal paid on-call firefighters have ratified a new three-year collective agreement. The Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 358-9 and the municipality’s new agreement includes general wage increases of five per cent in each of the three years.
