NORMAL, Ill. (WMBD) -- The Normal Police Department is asking the public for help locating a missing 16-year-old. According to a department Facebook post, Daniel Englebrecht was last seen at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday. Englebrecht is about 5'5" tall and has red hair.
