Nogales: Man Arrested and Already Had Two Summonses

The Nogales Municipal Police arrested a male who was causing disturbances to customers of an Oxxo store on Ruiz Cortines Street at the corner of Buenos Aires Street, and was detained for two outstanding appearance warrants.
