The late David R. Taylor had fond memories of childhood days when, for only 12 cents, a young boy could cheer his cowboy heroes on the big screen at Picton’s Regent theatre. Thirty years ago, he recalled his adventures at the movies in Festival News, a promotional publication for Quinte Summer Music. then a major event in Prince Edward County.
