An “irreproachable” official or a police officer guilty of “erratic management”? Several top cops came to say all the good they thought of the defendant Grégoire Chassaing, tried since Monday in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine). The latter spoke at the end of the day.

Frédéric Veaux was called to testify this Wednesday during the trial of Commissioner Chassaing. The latter, who led the controversial police operation during the 2019 Nantes Music Festival, “acted to protect himself”, according to him.
