In Munich's Univiertel, a new measure ensures a shake of the head. Kiosks are no longer allowed to sell chips from 8 p.m. and no beer from 10 p.m. onwards. Spätis are affected around Schellingstraße, which is located in the middle of the popular nightlife area of Maxvorstadt.
