A Franconian textile discounter will be sold for 500 million euros to the South African fashion retailer Mr Price. The new owner plans 4000 stores in Europe in the long term.
The low-cost fashion chain NKD has been sold to Mr Price from South Africa. Among the 3100 Mr Price branches, there are around 2100 NKD markets in Germany, Austria, Italy and four Eastern European countries.
