The 19-year-old man accused of starting a massive wildfire in Ocean County that has burned more 15,300 acres will be released with on home detention, a judge ruled Monday.

The man made a bonfire by setting two wooden pallets aflame and left without fully extinguishing them, prosecutors said. More than 15,000 acres burned.
