Nippon Steel discussing 'various proposals' about future of U.S. Steel

Nippon Steel President and CEO Tadashi Imai said the steelmaker was discussing different options for the future of U.S. Steel before reporting last week its profit fell 36% last year and likely would fall 43% this year.

Nippon Steel Not Giving Up On U.S. Steel Acquisition Efforts
