An organized crime ring that robbed security guards at gunpoint while they were loading money into an ATM in the Karabağlar district of İzmir, has been dismantled. The entire robbery, which was determined to have been planned approximately a month in advance, was captured on security cameras. It was revealed that only 20,000 TL was missing from the nearly 30 million TL stolen. Nine suspects were arrested in the operation.
Nine of the ten suspects detained on January 12 in Karabağlar district of İzmir for allegedly robbing a cash transport vehicle carrying money belonging to two banks have been arrested.
