The Yobe State Emergency Management Agency (YOSEMA) has unveiled its response plan for about 470,000 people residing in flood prone areas of the state. Dr Mohammad Goje, YOSEMA Executive Secretary, who announced this at a press conference in Damaturu on Monday, said that the figure represented 126,000 households.
