- Adapted from Chandler Baker's short story, the series follows summer associate Lenny, played by Fanning, as she uncovers a web of NDAs at a prestigious Dallas law firm masking a dark secret.
- Upon discovering she signed one of these agreements, Lenny enters a tense dynamic with Sharon, the firm's powerful female partner portrayed by Kidman, upending their mentor-protégé relationship.
- James will portray Logan, a corporate associate who becomes a mentor to Lenny, while Ryan plays Boone, her ex-boyfriend described as nine months sober and living at a halfway house.
- Matt Shakman is directing the first four episodes of the A24-produced series, which is currently filming for a 2027 premiere on Paramount+ globally.
