The state of New Hampshire has reached a $2.25 million settlement agreement with the mother of Harmony Montgomery, the 5-year-old girl who was murdered by her father more than five years ago. Crystal Sorey, Harmony’s mother, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in September 2024 against the state of New Hampshire and the Division of Children, Youth and Families.
