A man asked to use an Upstate New York woman’s bathroom, then asked for help with the toilet before trapping her inside and attacking her, police said.Mark Adams, 41, of Newburgh, was charged with two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, according to the City of Newburgh Police Department.
