Guadalajara, Jal., Three newborns allegedly died infected by the bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of the National Medical Center of the West of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) in this capital, according to a collective complaint that was submitted by the parents of the babies to the Attorney General's Office (FGR).
The FGR also investigates the facts recorded in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the National Medical Center of the West, where Klebsiella pneumoniae and Candida albicans were identified.
