PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's basketball team closes out non-conference play by hosting a New Year's Eve matinee against NJIT. The Quakers and Highlanders will tip off at 2 p.m. in the final game of the calendar year, as the Red and Blue conclude preparations for their Ivy League opener at Princeton next Monday.
