Baneheia case in the Court of Appeal: Jan Helge Andersen denies guilt in appeal

There were strong scenes in court when a video from Baneheia was played. Defendant Jan Helge Andersen covered the PC screen with a piece of paper during the playback.

Klara Sløgedal and Arne Bernt Paulsen lost their daughter Lena Sløgedal Paulsen (10) in Baneheia on May 19, 2000. They believe that Jan Helge Andersen was alone in the murders.

The video shows the crime scene and the murdered girls. The state prosecutor calls it "strong evidence."

Two witnesses believe they may have seen Viggo Kristiansen in Baneheia at the time the murders were committed. They will testify before a court of appeal for the first time.
