The brand new space, located in Av. Uriburu 3800 joins the municipal network to provide accommodation, assistance and accompaniment during the winter season.

The sports camp of the Latin American Educational Center, located on Avellaneda Boulevard and Uriburu, in the south-west of Rosario, became from this Friday the fifth refuge administered by the municipality for people in street situations.
