Waldemar Żurek said the prosecutor's office is analyzing proceedings concerning Warsaw's Southern Hospital, which have been conducted since 2023. "I am directly supervising these cases, but there is also supervision by the district prosecutor in Warsaw," the Minister of Justice said.
"I have received a letter from the Mayor of Warsaw requesting that the Prosecutor's Office take urgent action regarding the situation at Southern Hospital," Prosecutor General Waldemar Żurek announced during a press conference on Wednesday. The Minister of Justice also announced the scheduled hearing of Dr. Emil Jędrzejewski.
