The new Municipal Chief Executive for Lawra in the Upper West Region, Alhaji Adams Muaza is dead. He died Tuesday morning. This comes barely two weeks after the Lawra Municipality was hit with a tragedy with the drowning of seven students in the Black Volta at Dikpe.
